From 1938 until 2008 Eagle Island Camp welcomed thousands of girls as a Girl Scout Camp. Located on a 31 acre island in the middle of Upper Saranac Lake in the Adirondack Mountains, the camp provided unforgettable outdoor experiences.

The Isle
The isle of joy and laughter, Of friendships ever after
The lake, the trees, the breath of a breeze, Bring cherished memories
The smell of woodsmoke in the air, Of camping days without a care
The mountains, lake and birches tall, Are gifts of God to all.
When night has come and day is through, The moon is rising fresh and new
To Eagle Isle we all shall raise, Our heartfelt thanks and praise.
